Situated conveniently at the bottom of Rue Balguerie, only a hop skip and a jump to the local shops, cafes, restaurants, seaside bar, beach and playground. Further up the road you will find the
popular wedding and events venue, Mt Vernon Lodge.
Located on a rear-section, camp de base is fully fenced with off-street parking for a few vehicles. The sun-drenched and sheltered back lawn provides fantastic outdoor area for BBQs and/or for the kids to play.
Television is only Netflex viewing
Large rooms and polished wooden floors , renovated bathroom facilities provide a homely,relaxed and comfortable feel. A sunroom located off the main living area provides additional space to rest and relax; during the winter months a log burner and a heat pump will keep you toasty and warm on the sofa inside.
